I have been running a group with my Azeron, Dual Sense Edge, and mouse for years. I usually only use the Azeron and mouse or the dual sense edge and have never had issues with applying profiles whilst the controller was off. Now I have remove the physical settings and mappings to apply the profile and then if I want to use the controller again I have to reapply the mappings just to use it. I never had to do this before is there a solution/reason.

Hi. Most likely, you are trying to apply the config to a physical DualSense controller without creating a virtual device.
Go to Output device settings and select one of the virtual controllers before applying the config.

Hi Strokel. The controller is off and I want to apply the profile to just the Azeron and the mouse, the controller is still in the group however.Originally Posted by strokel View PostHi. Is there a way to download an older version of REWASD this new update is just giving me too much problems. It has also been telling me that it can't get exclusive access to my Cyborg 2 despite the fact that no other program is running that controls the cyborg. I have had to downgrade to version 7 just to use it without this new error that never showed up before. Is there a link to 9.2?

Can you send a screenshot of this error? It has also been telling me that it can't get exclusive access to my Cyborg 2 despite the fact that no other program is running that controls the cyborg.
Download links to different app versions are always available in your personal account. Is there a way to download an older version of REWASD

Viperveteran Could you reproduce the conditions that are causing the issue and collect full logs (Service/Driver + GUI/Agent) as described in this article?
Also, make sure you have the latest Azeron firmware.
Thanks in advance.

Here is a screenshot of the Cyborg error. Also when I reconnect the cyborg the red dot goes green but it is non-responsive when I click detection mode or use notepad to see the characters when I press them. I have attached a copy of my logs.
The dualsense issue seems to be resolved, as I assigned it a ds4 virtual controller.
Thank you for your assistanceAttached FilesLast edited by Viperveteran; 02.01.2026, 14:52.

Based on log analysis, your Azeron isn't responding to reWASD commands. We don't know the cause of this behavior, but it strongly suggests a hardware issue.Originally Posted by Viperveteran View PostGogeba and 1ncorrect

What you can do:- Unplug all unnecessary devices and try connecting the Azeron to a different USB port.
- Check the device's functionality in the Azeron's native software by closing reWASD and disabling remap.

The cyborg is fully functional in the native software. I have also connected the device to multiple ports on both softwares, the azeron's native software works consistently and the rewasd program still gives me exclusivity errors even though I have fully shut down and exited the azeron software. It is very strange, I was using the Azeron to play ME1:LE the day before with no issues. I have also shutdown any other program that could potentially take control of the cyborg and it still gives me the error.

We have rechecked CyborgV2 on our side and did not find any problems. Maybe you have some other remapping software installed which tries to access your keypad and causes conflicts.
I would first suggest to uninstall reWASD completely and reboot your PC. Make sure you don't have any older version of reWASD installed as well.
Disconnect all gamepads and run original Azeron software and make sure you have latest firmware installed: as of now it must be 100b.
Then install latest version of reWASD and, after reboot, check again. You can also try to make connection log in reWASD before plugging in your keypad, so we can recheck how it is recognized.

Hi, Thanks for your recommendation. I did what you suggested and still had the same issue. However, I went to windows settings> Bluetooth & Devices> view more devices, selected Azeron keypad and clicked remove; I then disconnected and reconnected the Azeron and it seems to have fixed the problem for now.Originally Posted by DevX View PostWe have rechecked CyborgV2 on our side and did not find any problems. I have attached the logs to see if a cause could be found for future reference. I am interested in why this happened. I have used reWASD for years and haven't had an issue like this before.
Thank you guys/gals
Edit: I think what occurred was that I changed the port that my Cyborg was previously in (it was in a monitor usb hub) to the rear I/O port on my motherboard. Maybe windows did not update the address information or Azeron still thought that the previous address existed and it caused a conflict with itself.
